2. Content Creation Tools

The App provides tools to help users design, edit, and export social media content such as carousels, videos, and graphics. You are responsible for how you use this content, including its legality and compliance with any applicable third-party platform rules.

3. Account-Free Access (for Now)

Currently, the App does not require an account. You can access and use core features—such as the canvas editor and content exports—freely and anonymously.

However, future features, including AI-assisted generation and personalization, will require an account.

4. AI-Generated Features (Coming Soon)

While the App does not currently include AI-generated content features, these will be introduced in the future. When available:

  • AI features may require login or registration.
  • Generated content will be provided "as-is," and users will be responsible for reviewing and using it appropriately.
  • Separate terms or updates may apply to those features.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All branding, code, and non-user-generated assets in the App are owned by us.
  • You retain ownership of anything you create using the App. We do not store or use your content unless you explicitly share or submit it to us (e.g., for feedback).

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" with no warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, bug-free performance, or suitability for any particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your use of the App, including indirect or incidental damages.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the App after any changes means you accept the updated Terms.
